Developing enterprise contact center solutions within CTINT's Customer Delight Solution Suite (CDSS), contributing to both core product features and client-specific customization projects.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

AI Conversation Summarization (full-stack): Integrated an LLM to automatically transcribe and summarize completed voice and WhatsApp conversations into structured bullet-point records. Built the admin panel where each team configures its own summary prompt and output format with live preview, and surfaced the generated summary on the conversation detail page.
Text-to-Speech (TTS) portal: Built a portal where users upload text, select voice models, and generate and preview audio on demand using Microsoft (Azure) neural TTS, with version control for tracking and rollback of IVR voice content.
Email auto-reply module: Configuration module for creating and managing rule-based triggers and response templates.

CLIENT PROJECTS

BUPA Hong Kong: Developed a customer tagging management system enabling bulk import, binding, and administration of tags, surfaced to agents during inbound/outbound calls.
Shanghai Commercial Bank: Built a regulatory compliance audio system for Relationship Managers to deliver and record T&C acknowledgements during calls, with integrated playback controls and response logging.
HGC: Built a real-time operations wallboard giving managers live visibility into contact-center performance — agent availability, calls waiting, and queue wait times.

Developed and launched a cross-border ride-sharing platform connecting passengers between Hong Kong and Macau, with a Next.js web platform, React Native mobile apps, and real-time backend operations on Cloudflare Workers and Convex.

Developed ETABS, SAFE, and SADS models for superstructure, wind calculation, and RC (reinforced concrete) designs.
Assisted in daily project coordination with clients, architects, contractors, and other consultants.

Residential Development at NKIL 6554, Kai Tak Area 4A, Site 2, Kowloon | Mar 2021 - Nov 2021

Implemented ETABS, SAFE, and SADS models to design the superstructure, optimize transfer plates, and perform wind and RC analyses for four 30-storey high-rise towers and an 8-storey clubhouse.
